[REBOL] Solutions to Lesson #1 - Rounding at any given decimal place

REBOL fellas,
A bunch of scripts have been submitted to me in answering to the Lesson
#1. The description of the lesson was given on this list last week. I
chose two "best" solutions which would be greatly discussed in depth.
They are found in Rebol_New eGroup. The authors of the two scripts are
Christian Ensel and Andrew Martin. We will begin the discussion whose
first topic will be "prefix vs infix" at Rebol_New. At the end of
discussion, the scripts will be finalized and freely distributed under
some license.
