I'm not completely sure of the licensing model either. I have inquired
about this in the past. However, I know that my version of SDK says:
Licensed to: Paul Tretter (commercial) <[ptretter--charter--net]>
This would imply to me that I have a commercial license. Which I did
purchase a while back. I never paid into the Royalty program though. The
website news for December says:
Relaxed licensing on use of REBOL API within Encapped programs
I would like to know more about what that means.
