[ALLY] Short VID Doc Posted

I ran out of time this weekend to spend on VID docs... so much to do, and so little time.
Getting Express up and running is high priority, and pre-empted most of the doc.
However, if you take a look in the REBOL.com/Docs folder on the test panel, you will
find a work in progress. It's quite interesting. The format of the doc is the same
as what I use for makespec.r, but it displays it as a list of sections in view. Click
on the examples and they will evaluate and display.
Just a start... but handy if you are new to View.
