[REBOL] Ref-make

The web site documentation for the Rebol Dictionary says,
How to get it the fast way: put lightweight distributed computing to
use... Click on the ref-make icon in the REBOL/View Desktop Docs
folder. The document will be built locally in just a few seconds. May
need to download about 40 KB on occasion.
There is no Ref-Mkae icon on my Rebol/View Desktop--just Rebol.com,
Local, and Console.
How can I create the Ref-Make icon to connect with the Dictionary?
