That's what I thought too, though it'd depend on whether the CD was
for commercial use or not. If not, then no problems, but if so,
there's the need for RT to get their cut - which is the purchase of
one REBOL-licence per CPU it's running on, right? Encap may be a
cheaper option if the CD is to be duplicated.

Slower on a floppy though.
