[REBOL] Screen_capture.r

Screen-capute.r was developed on this list a few months back. I can not get
it to run under view. Is it pro or command only?
It says it was tested under: view 1.3.2.3.1 on [WinXP] "CHE"
Which is the version I'm using. But I get:
** Script Error: Feature not available in this REBOL
** Where: context
** Near: user32.dll: load/library %user32.dll
gdi32.dll: load/library
when I try to run it...
any ideas?
