[REBOL] Re: make-doc-pro: how to handle tables?

From: greggirwin:starband at: 24-Sep-2001 13:31

Hi Ladislav, << I may be too strict on this, but (IMHO) this is not a Rebol dialect discussion. I would say, that the the Make-doc language is a "Yet another document description language". The fact, that its only existing interpreter is written in Rebol looks purely accidental to me. I would say that the properties of the Make-doc language have little in common with Rebol. >> I'm posting lots of confusing messages lately.<g> I didn't mean that the make-doc discussion was dialect oriented, as it obviously was not. What I meant was that the discussion about the pros and cons of various syntactical design choices, what's good for humans versus what's easy for us to parse, etc. are applicable when designing dialects as well. Does that make more sense? --Gregg
