At last I found the path I should delete to force the Plugin to load script fresh:
On Windows Xp, it is the TEMP folder (%TEMP% or %TMP% environment variable)
C:\Documents and Settings\username\Local Settings\Temp\REBOL\Plugin\v1\public\test.com\test.r
Deleting "test.com" folder solves the problem. It is not the path same with tempory internet
files.
But stil I don't know why changing the version of script is not enough to refresh the
content. And I guess a parameter such as "nocache" would be nice feature.
