The mail list does not accept mail from any server that is the
slightest bit "wonky"
(apologies to those with non standard ISPs,
ask and I will send a gmail invite)
This accounts from the last outage where rebol.com's ISP decided to
reroute outgoing mail through a backup server and the mail.rebol.net
list server would not accept incoming list mail because the address the
mail came from no longer resolved to rebol.com
These are anti spam measures and are not likely to change.
