[REBOL] documentation of dialects

When I do help to, here's what I get:
>> help to
USAGE:
TO type spec
DESCRIPTION:
Constructs and returns a new value after conversion.
TO is an action value.
ARGUMENTS:
type -- The datatype or example value. (Type: any-type)
spec -- The attributes of the new value. (Type: any-type)
But as part of the parse dialect, 'to has a different meaning. How can I get help / documentation
on words and their usage inside a specific dialect?
