Yes. But 'Oriented' is relative. see http://www.rebol.com/docs/core23/rebolcore-10.html rebol's OOP features are fairly simple. Nothing like Python's Special Class Methods, and everything is 'public' - although rebol does allow anonymous context/objects which do provide data hiding...
