[REBOL] I need help...

...to make a simple browser, because I
don't know how to parse.  here's the basic
idea:

1.  Parse all HTML tags out of the page
2.  Change IMG tags to the REBOL/View version,
     image.
3.  List all links in a menu at the top, with the
     ability to click on it to go to the link.
4.  Possibly an address bar.

I had seen something like this a long time ago,
but I can't find it now.
