Yes, it is a form of inheritance gained from the ability to treat
code as data. However, usually people have a precise idea in mind
when they talk about "inheritance". (The person you know ;-) would
bash you forever if you called what i wrote above "inheritance"!)

Indeed, REBOL is OO the Smalltalk (dynamic) way instead of the
(bloated, complicated, static) class-based way.
But, with REBOL, you also have the ability to add class-based OOP
in, if you want. Actually, I wonder why noone has done it yet.
