I wish it was in REBOL, in fact for a few years it was (called SELMA). But,
I did not have the time to make needed improvements, and no one else
wanted to take it on, so we switched to using Listar.
You can find an older version of SELMA in the library. I don't think it has all the
improvements we made, but it does work for small groups, and it is easy to
deal with. Unfortunately, after more than 300,000 incoming messages (not just
postings, but also subscribe, help, etc.) its archive files started to bog down the
Linux filesystem.
