Sorry. I guess we all missed your original message.
I think it's a problem with what gets run at REBOL.com to upgrade. Here's
a previous thread on the issue:

As the automatic upgrade isn't working, you could go to:
http://www.rebol.com/platforms.shtml
and crank the handle manually.
