Nice paper, Gerard...thanks...my resume purports the concept of
POS-design (not meaning a terminal for point-of-sale but a paradigm of
designing at the point of sale to the customer--or even empowering the
customer to do the customization) similar to what ABO focus appeared to be.
The name, Active BO sounds like it needs a good deodorant, however....;-)
