[REBOL] Querying whether a REBOL process has brought forward

Hello REBOLers,

  Is there a way to query the state of a REBOL process (fg / bg) ?
  I would like to refresh some things when a /View window is brought
  to top by the user.

  If the method exist in /View as a 'feel engageable event, how can it
  be achieved in /Core?
