[REBOL] Where to find nntp.r file?

One of the sample files on www.rebol.com says it requires this file and I found a posting to a newsgroup that states it is part of the Core product. I cannot locate the file as part of the current release of Core (v2.5), nor is it included in the View product that I have recently installed (v1.1)????
