[REBOL] IP help?

I have a new, serious problem accessing a site using an Amiga/REBOL that
previously had no problem. There is no problem using a PC box. I am pretty
sure the problem is not REBOL, but I need to be able to help narrow it down
for Amiga-unfriendly people.

Apparently, they have installed new hardware, but, so far, REBOL & AWeb
only go into a permanent waiting state. I can't even get to the top page,
so the problem may be at a different level than the HTTP software.
Does anyone have a better clue?
