This is a Desktop problem, not a Windows one. I get it on my Amiga
and there's been other posts about it in the past. You can get to
your local folder the first time you launch the Desktop, but if you
go back to the console and then back to the Desktop without any
quiting of REBOL you can't then get to your folder.
