Does using something like FeedBurner (http://www.feedburner.com/)
sound like a good idea to you guys? Once you "burn" the REBOL.org
feed, you could ask users to subscribe to that feed. It'd help you get
some stats information about the readers. As for those who have
already subscribed to the current RSS, you could do a 301 permanent
redirect to the burned feed, yeah?

Well, if the client understands the Last-Modified header, it wouldn't be bad.
