[REBOL] [list delay] Odd configuration of email routers?

Here's the headers of my recent ping email (before the great reset!). Note
the lines between the rows of asterixes. I suspect that "localhost"
shouldn't be in the mail path? It seems to impose about a 20 minute delay in
the email. All the other Received: headers seem to be very quick.
