Hi Lennart, You worry about something because the point is not clear on RT's website, and maybe their policy has infact changed. But let me tell you my experience. For the last month I have been releasing Cerebrus, an Encapped application, which is currently without charge, and I have not had to pay the USD$499 up front. Nor have I had to sign any Royalty Agreements. No one from RT has told me that what I am doing is in violation of any unsigned agreements. And Carl and Cindy both know what I am doing. But, when and if I start to sell it, then of course I will sign the Royalty agreement. -- Graham Chiu This hound hunts down spam!
