[REBOL] How best to install and integrate rebol on linux server?

I want to offer REBOL for all legit users on our new server, and hopefully
with ready to go REBOL, REBOL cgi [Apache] and special Vanilla for artists..
Ditto some use of REBOL to handle guest functions. This wold allpy for sytem
users and guests making conenctipon over http via web apges and also from
REBOL/Viewlets on theror desktops using custom tools. For example uploading
content to web sites, vanilla sites, password updating...
Anyone care to share advice/strategies for basic installation [RedHat 7.2]..
Where do you I reommend to put it by default?
What user/group tactics to apply for syetem wide REBOL use?
Better to have local REBOLs in /home/username
What about REBOL installation for Apache for virtual hosted domains..
How to balance easy sysadmin with security issues?
What about rugby?
This is nonprofit use, but hope later to offer good hosting with REBOL
tools.
Is this a nobrainer or are there speacial considerations which make rebol
different from Python, etc ?
Also opinions on REBOL/IOS vs. handmade solutions.
Does anyone have experience about installing and using https:// SSL and
REBOL ?
Likewise SSH2 clients ??
