Thanks for the detailed report Louis. This high percentage capture rate is not what I had expected to achieve when i started this project, but similar to what I am achieving. I wondered at the outset whether using my token database would be that relevant, but as you have seen, most are trapped well before that is applied. BTW, You can let mail in from your spouse by adding her to your allowed from list.

The crash occurs in some VID code so *may* be happening within the pop up code. I have now error trapped all of this. Version 1.0.6 which you should have updated to automatically implements this.
