Rebol Programming by Olivier Auverlot

 [1/6] from: rcm:formix:au at: 6-Jun-2006 20:14

Hello, I believe Olivier Auverlot wrote "Rebol Programming" which was published by Wiley in July 2003 and that another edition of this volume was due for publication around the beginning of this year. However, I've been told Wiley hasn't proceeded with this (presumably second) edition and my searches for the earlier one have been unsuccessful so far. Does anyone know anything about this book? If I could find it, I'd buy a copy for each eye, as the other two (the "Official" and the "Dummies") don't deal with View. Regards, Rosemary

Rosemary As far as I know, the translation of Olivier's book has never been published. The original is still available at http://www.editions-eyrolles.com/Livre/9782212110173 Peter On Tuesday, Jun 6, 2006, at 18:14 Asia/Kuala_Lumpur, Rosemary de Dear wrote:

Do you think anyone ever will publish a translation? It looks like such a lovely book that needs to be on my shelf, but it will be a very long time before I learn enough French to read a programming book. First off, I'd have to start learning French in the first place. On 6/6/06, Peter Wood <pwawood-gmail.com> wrote:

Try REBOL Wikibook instead. A community project and in English. http://en.wikibooks.org/wiki/REBOL_Programming YekSoon Brian Wisti wrote:

Wonder if Olivier would ever consider releasing an e-book for download?

Yep, I knew about that one already, I just think that more is better when it comes to documentation sources :) Kind Regards, Brian Wisti http://coolnamehere.com/ On 6/8/06, LOK Yek Soon <yeksoon-neusteps.com> wrote:
