Changing data in fields inbedded in tab_panels

I'm using cyphre's style package. I'm unable to update information in fields enbedded within tab panels. Where I would use "show face1" to update the input fields it does not seem to work in the tab panel. Also, does anyone know where I can find a doc file for cypher's package?
