Selecting in List?

Can we do select or multiple select of items in "List" like what we can do
in "Text-list"?
In my earlier post on multiple column in Text-list, it is suggested that I
can only do multiple-column
in LIST. However, it seems that I can't have multiple-column and yet do
selection of items.
Any suggestions?

You must write your own handling routines for multiple selection.
I have a style of this type for file request derived by Carl Sassenrath's
http://www.reboltech.com/library/scripts/file-request.r
i'll try to post it on the library next days.
