I've just posted a new version

Adds an octet counter so that you can see something is
happening every 5 seconds.
I have been looking at sending some status messsages back
to the email client during a large download, but so far
that only results in the email client thinking an error
has occurred :(

Please try 1.2.0 which hopefully fixes this problem (
basically showing a face in a layout which in some
configurations was not laid )
