Upgrading /Pro

 [1/7] from: thundrebol::yahoo::com at: 11-May-2001 14:16

I've got /View/Pro version 1.0.1.3.1 -- (not the sound-playing version) and I'd like to ride some .WAV 's. How do I upgrade my /View/Pro? Sadly, not like this:
>> upgrade
Upgrade is not available for View/Pro at this time. I can't be the only person that rushed to purchase /Pro the second it was available. How did everyone else upgrade from older versions of /Pro? Excuse me if I missed posts explaining this already. Thanks, Ed

If I understand Ed correctly he already has purchased a key for /Pro. Are you saying that this upgrade requires purchasing a new key? Best Regards, -Jamie Graham Chiu wrote:

This is assuming that you have aready paid for ViewPro and have the key file.Just go to rebol.com/click on the View link,it's now on the top of the page and follow the links to get the version for your platform/dl/install.Took me less that 1.5 minute to upgrade :) Regards -- So far as I can remember, there is not one word in the Gospels in praise of intelligence. -- Bertrand Russell sent via Yam ver2.2 on AmigaForever verIV Be a Rebel get Rebol@ rebol.com UIN#=9391028

Download the latest version - still named view-pro31.zip for Windows, and then just purchase a key. -- Graham Chiu

This is my oversight. I slightly misread Carl's announcement and I thought I needed to download the new version of View/Pro. I forgot that all features/functionality are actually contained in /View, and all I needed to do was upgrade the free version of /View. In other words /Pro is just a license key that unlocks the full splendor of /View. Now I've got it straight. Sorry to waste the bandwidth.
