[Time frame for REBOL/VIEW 1.3]

Hi all, since a few month there's been done a lot of work on View 1.3. But is already known when the project will be finished? Is there a time planning? TIA, Arie

The time planned for release was January 1. I haven't heard a date mentioned since we passed that date. I think we have a particular scope for what needs to be fixed/enhanced and as soon as we reach that point then it will be released... HTH ~~Ammon ;~>

Hello I don't know if I'm supposed to report bugs for view1.3, and I don't know where to, and this list surely is not the best place, but here goes anyway: I have a problem updating lists with the newest view1.3beta. When I update, the contents are "almost there", because the slider clearly knows how many lines it needs, but nothing is shown. You can see this in this script: http://www.oops-as.no/roy/rebol-scripts/prob.r Maybe there's a new way to handle things in 1.3? Maybe I haven't read the docs well enough? I had a little trouble updating the lists in 1.3 initially too, but then I discovered that all you have to do is change the DATA of the list and call its UPDATE function and you are good to go! Ah! Brilliant. So now 'prob works again. updating BOTH 'lines and 'data in the list doesn't seem to bother neither earlier versions nor the 1.3beta, so updating the list can be done in a manner that works for both. And tada! The script turns out to work wonderfully with the plugin module: http://www.oops-as.no/roy/prob-in (didn't do anything about the quit button though).
