TAPI.DLL - CT-Functionality

Hi all,
has anybody played around with Tapi.dll. As i am thinking about to buy a /VIEW/PRO Licencense,
i was wondering if it might be possible to enhance Rebodex with CT-Functionality.
Perhaps there is anybody who has an idea, where to find some Docu about this topic.
Any suggestions!?
