Images using Make-Doc.r
[1/5] from: sean::scj::net at: 23-Aug-2001 12:52
Hi All!
I was starting to make a presentation for a client using
make-doc.r and was unable to get any images to show in the
HTML.
The code didn't change for the text file?
=image nyc.jpg
There appears to be no mention of an image tag in the final
html.
Can someone explain how to make this work?
Thanks,
Sean

Hi Sean
Carl never finished make-doc.r, so =image and =view are not supported.
( They are supported in the earlier make-spec.r which is available under
view/desktop/rebol.com/docs/.

Re: [REBOL] Re: Images using Make-Doc.r
If you want to put an image in, you could put the html image tag
in as part of the text then you don't need a special dialect tag
to support it.
put a tag like <IMG src="graphics/reb-logo.gif" align="bottom" border="0" alt="REBOL
Home">
If the image is not in the current directory, you need to point to it.
e.g http://www.rebol.com/graphics/reb-logo.gif
But if you really are making a presentation format then
you might be interested in using EasyVID format
for making the pages

Hi, indeed it does support images. Use the actual version:
http://www.robertmuench.de/make-doc-pro-097.zip I hope to find some time at the
weekend to update my homepage and a direct download link. Robert
