Hmmm... AOL just happens to have an estimated 30 million users.

Thanks Pekr, that was a good idea. I hope everyone posts some supportive comments.

And they don't want to use IE anymore... and Mozilla is scrap. AOL's services
are not well suited for a pure request-response model... AOL 8.0? 9.0? Well, it
would be the killer application to enter mass market!
I hope RT won't forget about us if they are playing with these big guys...

I don't want to start any flame-wars here, but I can't agree here. I am
occassionally using Mozilla 0.9.5 here, and it is fine. A little bit slow on my
Celeron 300, but don't forget that Mozilla is not just browser - it's architecture.
And - you users still need browser, so why do you compare it here? AOL will use
Mozilla/Netscape 6 anyway, or they will go with Opera or Espial, if they refuse IE.

Killler app would be integration with browser imo - proper plug-in, access to
document object, etc. I can imagine proper Rebol plug-in would easily kill java
script based forms. My friend told me there is some kind of Autodesk's plugin, with
very nice API, and they use it for maps on various occassions ...

Uhm, I hope too. But I also think it could become an advantage :-) I remember RT's
priority some time ago - "we will not add feature x, unless it is wanted by our
customers". Now we have to become regular AOL users, and send our request to AOL,
instead of to feedback :-)
Well, but who know who the mysterious partner is, after all :-)
