HTML to BMP/JPG/PNG file

Hi Jose--
Thanks for this information! I've been looking for a
utility that can automate the screenshot capture and
thumbnail conversion of website home pages. One of my
roles at work is to monitor over 600 websites.
As it is, I use 'parse to track changes and monitor
branding/legal compliance among these sites. I've
often wondered if I could also use View/Pro to somehow
grab screenshots of these sites. That would be a slick
feature.
I welcome any suggestions about how to accomplish
this. I also invite REBOL consultants to send me a
quote.
Regards,
Ed

Hi,
Sounds useful, but REBOL doesn't contain a jpg encoder. If ther was a
soulution to do this, you would have to live with PNG, which is better
(IMHO).

Or, if you have Command you could make a DLL wrapper for any program you
might like to use.;-) I am running Command, but haven't had the need to use
DLLs yet...
Enjoy!!

Hum.... 2 solutions i think :
* call external command to grab screen/windows (like a paste in draw program under win9x
after Copy with PrtScrn Key) OR call SGrab on my amiga or PPaint with arexx ;-)
* wait new VID with a new option (a browse in a layout ?)
save/png %boing.png to-image browse http://www.amigaimpact.com/
Today >> save/png %bear.png to-iimage name_of_the_layout_to_grab << works fine...
Intersting problem ;-)))))
Any ideas welcome !

Any clues on how to automate saving a displayed URL as a BMP ? I can work
with any combination of Linux/W2K IE5/Mozilla
There is a shareware package html2jpg.com that does this but would like to
use Rebol instead. This would allow cool applications like scanning
multiple web pages as if it where a photo album
