the source function is cool (its what I used for the ftp patch ;-) but as you say, it takes A LOT of wander-around-and-explore time! the script library is the same, it has a lot of usable code (thanks for library team btw, for reviving it), but you still have to run around and look for stuff... rebol.com really needs a search engine, to which we can plug our own information (in any form: web refs, code, text, etc.). RT's user appendable links effort is cool, they don't have to keep it up to date, its done by itself. So any NEW user can go to rebol.com download the tool and go to links for a list of CURRENT places which will offer some form of support (as tools, information, or services). we need that as a search too... I still use the old pdf user-guide all the time... cause I can "Find..." and it opens the next reference to what I'm searching. If I'm looking for any usage of the hash! datatype, I can just look at everytime it is being used in all kinds of different contexts and it helps me understand it better than just looking as the hash datatype reference. ciao! -MAx, as usuall answering with a too long reply, sorry...
