Announce: My current desktop-changes

Hackt a bit in the open-sourced desktop, pluging rugby in and adding a
bit usability.
But code is a bit chaotic currently.
Is someone is interested in testing?

Rugby runs.
interesting commands: 'desktop-goto-url.
And for debugging, a running desktop gets the shutdown-command
'desktop-remote-quit,
so the new desktop can take over port.
worked rugby around the launch-wait-bug.

22-jun-2003 vn {
right-click on desktop-background opens icon-info-requester,
with index-edit & directory-browse.
icon-info now shows local-path to.
icon-info can start browser. for reb-indices it shows directory.
which means, explorer opens in scripts directory.
inbuild editor reloads desktop-index, handy for editing index.r .
