 [1/2] from: Bas:basdelange at: 23-Sep-2010 23:49

Dear REBOL list members, Kaj de Vos gave a presentation about Boron during Software Freedom Day 2010, friday september 17th at the Centrum Wiskunde & Informatica (CWI), Science Park Amsterdam. CWI is where Python was 'born', and where the first internet connection between USA and Europe was made. See http://www.SoftwareFreedomDay.eu/2010/Kaj-de-Vos-Boron-programming-language-2010.html The presentation demonstrates the main distinctive language features by using Boron to create a simple website running on the Cheyenne web server (running on Syllable Server), which is written in REBOL. Here you can find his demonstration: An introduction to Boron - Building a dynamic website http://TryREBOL.EsperConsultancy.nl/Boron/ -- Met vriendelijke groet, Bas de Lange -- Best regards, Bas de Lange http://www.basdelange.com
