[ion.pe] Repaired Setup file now online!

Hi.
The first setup file dumped all the files into the top directory. New
setup file does proper install. If you downloaded ion.pe before on
Tuesday 6:45pm Pacific Time, then please do an unistall and download the
repaired version.

ion.pe works better with a Rebol/Core. But then I'm sure you knew that? :)
For Windows 98, you can get a free copy of latest version of Rebol/Core
2.5.6 from here:

or directly:
