[ALLY] Some View Fixes

In experimentals test out View 0.10.19.3.1 with:
1. inform function's focus problem is fixed
2. layout styles are inherited by subpanels
3. fields and areas autoscroll
4. page-up and down on text
5. no "funny cursor" hops from top to bottom
6. underline font style (like bold and italics)
7. font-fixed is now the scalable truetype font

Hi Carl
Just tried the download which is labeled as 0.10.19.31.1 4-Aug-2000 on the
web page. The rebol.exe binary is the view executable (no installer) dated
3-AUg-2000 and comes up reporting version 0.10.18.31.1.

Hi Carl,
Just downloaded View 0.10.19.3.1 from the Experimentals web page .... when I
installed it the version I got was
REBOL/View 0.10.18.3.1 3-Aug-2000
Are thses fixes in this release??

They don't seem to be in 0.10.18.3.1 .. I don't see any obvious changes in
VID, nor the underline effect, and the cursor hopping is still there.
Obviously it is an older binary in the zip, since the page says it should be
0.10.19.3.1 or else there is older copy in my ISP's proxy server (I've had
that problem before)

Hi Allen,
Well I have just downloaded 0.10.25.3.1 and these corrections are in there.
I'm not sure about the page up & down on text and the funny cursor hops.
Nice to have the inform stuff fixed :-)
The focus problem is fixed on multiple windows as well as on inform.
