encap

I just received my Rebol/cmd and am looking for the encap programs or how to
start them.
It refers to several versions in the online manual
*EnBase
**EnPro
**EnFace*
http://www.rebol.com/docs/sdk/encap.html
...
Additional versions of Encap are available for REBOL/Command developers.
------------------------------
3. Running Encap
There are three ways to run Encap:
1. Interactive mode - Just run it and it will prompt you for the input
and output files.
2. Command line arguments - You provide the input and output filenames on
the command line.
3. Drag and drop - You can drag and drop the source script onto the
appropriate Encap icon (Windows only).
Anyone know how to start them?
Thanks in Advance,

Make sure you download the latest versions .. normally they send you
very old versions.

I should rephrase the question. Should I have received (or did I order the
correct item?) separate programs that say EnBase / EnPro / EnFace etc?
My bin directory looks like this?

It looks like if you wanted encap ability then you ordered the wrong product.
You purchase R/cmd
but if you want R/cmd sdk .. you'll need to pay for the upgrade price.

Thanks for the help. I've sent a message to Rebol. Since I just purchased
yesterday its obvious I clicked on the wrong link, so I'm hoping they will
get me the full product for the 99 difference instead of the 199 upgrade
price.
