it seems that Rebcode was released in its beta form - documentation,
examples, etc., can be found at following site:

I see the docs, but I don't see the executable-- at least not on the
test builds download page.

You can get to it from the main rebol.net site, right column (Alpha
releases) Download the latest one dated 7-Nov
