Just a thought: the /Command order form needs a make-over. https://orchid.site-secure.net/1-b/cgi-bin/command.r The color scheme doesn't really work. Also, have you ever thought of creating images of mock retail boxes for each product you're selling? I'm sure you don't ship them as such, but presenting a product as if it is somehow tangible goes a long ways toward a sale, IMHO.
