EMACS REBOL MODE

A while back I recall seeing a REBOL mode for EMACS, however, I have not
been able to find any references or elisp code on the reb or web.
Does anyone have a usable REBOL mode for EMACS. I'm trying to avoid
reinventing the wheel as much as possible.
