[ALLY] Bizarre web-file behaviour. Proxy Refresh Request? View1.1 Core 2.5

I updated my index.r file on codeconscious.com Tried to goto it in View using http://www.codeconscious.com/index.r but got the old one which caused an error. I tried Netscape to get the file. It got the old one too. I used Shift-Ctrl-Reload and got the new one. Ensured all Rebol shut down. Went back to View - physically deleted the files from the disk cache directories - still no luck - old one recreated in cache. No luck with Core either - old one persists. Eventually tried http://codeconscious.com/index.r - and it worked. Thus tricking whatever is causing the problem - I'm guessing my ISP's proxy servers. Question is - is there an equivalent of the Shift-Ctrl-Reload of Netscape in Rebol? Brett. --- http://www.codeconscious.com
