I just wish my protopage was working ok - in Firefox it seems to be causing
a serious memory leak. After a couple of hours my FF is eating up most of
my RAM, but only if the browser opens on my protopage.

Firefox has had serious and ongoing problems with memory leaks.
The freshly-released 1.5.0.1 has fixes for "several memory leaks".
