log4reb: bug fix and enhancement

Dear all, I realised that I did not test the logging of errors with log4reb, and, as usually, what is not tested does not work! I therefore fixed and improved the logging of errors. You can find the latest version at http://www.rebolgique.org/rebsite/projects/log4reb.tar.gz . Test scrips have been extended to demonstrate how easy errors logging is.
