Apache Perl Modules and Rebol?

There are a so many of these modules out there supporting cookies, mp3 functions, etc. Has anyone considered a way to hook from Rebol to these modules? A cool thing would be a Rebol script which can convert other scripting language code to Rebol. So I could feed in a perl script and it is converted automatically into appropriate Rebol code. I guess this is similar to Commands use of C/C++ libraries. Thanks, Jeff
