slipping REBOL past the front lines

I have been handed the task of developing the help pages for a Web site for a multi-billion dollar company. I am the sub-contractor for the sub-contractor. The only parameters I have been given are as follows: 1. Help pages must have an index. 2. Help pages must have a search engine. I purchased a search engine in perl (I don't know perl) and I can't get it to work. I'm still waiting for support and in my frustration I feel like whipping together a rebol search engine. I know now that /Core is freely distributable but do I dare write up a script in rebol and send them the script and /Core? I doubt I could convince them to purchase /Command. REBOL. What's that? -Ryan
