not getting emails from the list?

This is weird. I just found that I have not been getting any emails from
the mailing list since March 2.
What could be the problem? I have not make any changes to my email address?

Possibly this is because Holger is having to authorise your post
individually (I noticed that he has authorised your
post that I am replying to). Check out Holger's message
that explains this - "Admin issues: spam" - you should be able to find it at
escribe.

According to your email headers:
X-Sender: [slok00--pop--mail--yahoo--com]
From: Lok Yek Soon <[slok00--yahoo--com]>
X-Approved-By: [holger--rebol--net]
It looks like your subscribed address differs from your sending address. So
you need to do something about it. I'd suggest that you what Holger
suggested, which follows after my .sig.

A few notes on spam prevention on this mailing list, because of some recent
events:
The REBOL mailing list uses "closed posting", i.e. only members can post.
This keeps out most of the spam, and means we do not have to run additional
content-based spam filters on our mail server.
The drawback is that if you subscribed with a different email address than
the address you are posting from, your mail is not automatically sent to the
list. It rather goes to the administrator (me), and has to be approved
manually.
I don't mind approving mail that way :-), but it causes your postings to be
delayed, usually by a few hours, but in some cases by up to several days. If
you want to avoid that then here is how to do it:
If you recently posted to the list, look for the echoed mail from you in
your mailbox, and check if it has an "Approved-By:" header line. Most email
clients have a mode of operation in which you can examine email headers. If
you do find such a header, then this indicates that the email address you
are subscribed with is different from the email you posted from (as
indicated in the "From:" header line).
In that case there are two things you can do: either change your list
subscription (unsubscribe with the old address, subscribe with the new
address), or configure your email client in such a way that for any mail
sent to the list the "From:" address is changed to your subscription
address.

You've probably been unsubscribed (that could explain your e-mail being approved by Holger
as well). Happened to me once, I sent a request to the rebol-list address (don't remember
the syntax, it's a keyword to put in the subject field), and it replied to me I was unsubscribed.
But it sure wasn't me unsubscribing me, though... I re-subscribed, and things have worked
nicely since.
But weird things do happen here. A number of us keep complaining there are great delays
before the messages arrive... So check if you're still subscribed!

PS. Did you receive your own message, or Brett's reply to it? Or anything at all after
you sent your own message?
